In today's world it is very easy to deviate from what is really important. Wherever you go and whatever you do, you see messages designed to take a certain action and divert you from the fact that you have already completed it. There are no reminders to remember until we make them.
The
responsibility is in your hands. Living in the present moment can dramatically
reduce stress, increase your happiness, and give you the benefit of insight that
can change your life.
Ever since I became aware of my ideas and now I am living my life, my life has improved significantly, and I know that whatever you want, I will be too.
Here are some
tips to help you get started:
Practice
acceptance
Once you start
keeping your trends in mind, it's important that you don't make your own
decisions. Practice acceptance and embrace who you are.
There is a
reason for your tendency. They are the signs of the areas of your life that
need attention.
If you have chronic
anxiety, you need to take notice whenever you move into the future. Be mindful,
observe your thoughts, and breathe.
We believe that our ideas are a way of life, but it could not go beyond reality. Our thoughts are just thoughts.
Focus on your breath
Your breath is a powerful and easy way to anchor yourself in the present
moment. Whenever you find it difficult to stay still, take deep breaths, and
concentrate on your breathing. You can even count your breaths. All I want to
do is breathe four and breathe four. It focuses on the logical part of my brain
counting and allows me to focus on my breathing. After a while I can release
the countdown and that's it.
Notice your tendencies
You and I, we both have our own different tendencies that take us away from the
present moment. I'm worried, so I try to think about the future and try to
solve problems before they happen. What are your trends? Now what kind of
thoughts return to you? These questions will help you to think more about what
is going on in your head, which in turn leads to mindfulness. Some examples of
trends that are very common:
·
anxiety
·
worry
·
regret
·
guilt
·
fear
·
pleasure seeking
It's a good idea to write down your trends and how they tease you from now on.
Grab a pen and a piece of paper, and that's it.
Use reminder
Now another great way to stay anchored is to use reminders. It can be as simple
as tying a white cord around your wrist. Every time you look at the white wire,
you are reminded of the present moment. Are you now, or are you somewhere else?
There is no limit to what you can use as a reminder. If you want to keep it
even further, you can add a new reminder each week. Start using external
reminders such as red cars, billboards, etc. If you keep doing this, you will
be amazed at the results.
Be determined
Increasing your time in the present moment can be a lot of work. If you are serious about making a difference, you have to make a commitment. There will come a time when you feel like you want to throw in the towel. You will face challenges, obstacles and worries. But if you are determined, you will achieve them. They are nothing but teachers on your way. When you become more mindful of your main goals, you cannot easily fail.
Follow your passion
I have found that the more, I follow my passion and the deepest desire of my
heart, the more I can persevere. I enjoy every second of every minute as I work
on my favorite thing. My heart beats with joy and I am amazed. Writing is one
of my passions. I like to help make people's lives better. It helps keep me
alive, and it keeps me in the moment.
Inspiration flows smoothly, and it's like I'm writing and channeling someone
else.
Find your hobby and pursue it. Becoming more mindful is done step by step. You don't have to go completely. All you have to do is increase the current time each day. If you do this, it is impossible for you not to become a master of mindfulness.
